Do I need to pay for the flexo printing plate every time?

The plate fee is required only for the first order. No plate fee is needed for reorders with the same design. However, if you change the design, a new plate fee will be charged.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For 1-color printing, the minimum order is 1,000 pieces. For full-color (CMYK) printing, the minimum order is 5,000 pieces. Order quantity options vary by product but typically include 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, and 30,000 pieces.

Can I check samples before ordering?

Yes, we will provide design proof data before printing. You can also request actual product samples (unprinted) to check the material quality and finish.

What is the delivery time?

After data submission and confirmation, delivery typically takes 1 week. However, first-time orders require additional time for plate production. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or for large orders.
